Peri-menopause

When I met Dr. Lee, my menopause had just started. However, ever since I was a little girl, I dreamt of having children and enjoying a full family life. Unfortunately, after I got married, we tried to conceive, but could not. We even went to specialists and tried with no success.

Then we heard about Dr. Lee and began treatments with her.  Finally, I conceived, and now have Robert, who has given us happiness and fulfillment.  Thanks a million, Dr. Lee.  Now I am thinking of seeing Dr. Lee for her well-known rejuvenating treatment, but that’s another story!

Failed IVF

I’d been married for seven years and wanted to have a child more than anything. I tried IVF six times, with no success. I was about ready to give up on the prospect of true happiness, but then my mother told me about the rumored brilliance of Dr. Ai Ja Lee.

Initially, I hesitated. At the time, I wasn’t sure if I should try another round, but I wanted to prevent falling into a depression. I also needed to see if Dr. Lee could indeed help me fulfill my lifelong dream.

Imagine my astonishment that, after only two months of Dr Lee’s guidance and herbal treatments, I became pregnant! I cannot begin to express my joy and gratitude. My husband and I consider Dr. Lee a miracle worker.

My pregnancy went well and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Christos. Two years later,
I took another round of herbal treatments, and now have another healthy boy, Max. After another two years, I sought out Dr. Lee again, and I have another boy, Teddy – a beautiful, strong, cheerful child, who warms our hearts every day.

Needless to say, Dr. Lee is part of our family. I thank God for leading me to her door. And thank her for making possible our abundance and delight.

Unexplained infertility & Stress

I was in a small percentage of women – women who could not be diagnosed with a valid reason why they couldn’t conceive and maintain a pregnancy.  I’ve read that only happens to 3 to 4 percent of women. And according to my doctors, I was a healthy, young, non-smoker, as was my husband. 

We both did tons of tests for all sorts of immune disorders to rule out any potential problems. It puzzled our doctors as well as us. It made the entire situation even more frustrating to know that there was no conclusive evidence as to why I couldn’t maintain a pregnancy. 

I tried nearly every treatment under the sun. That included acupuncture in Korea, which involved bleeding “bad blood” out of one’s system, to the latest high-tech treatments from renowned specialists. Ultimately, it was Dr. Lee’s fertility treatments that helped me.

I highly recommend Dr. Lee to any woman who is seeking alternative therapies to help get pregnant and maintain a pregnancy. Dr Lee was right. She had always said that my incredibly stressful job was hurting my body – that my hormones were imbalanced and my stress levels too high.  My body was running on empty so how could I maintain a healthy pregnancy?

Dr. Lee’s herbal and acupuncture treatments, combined with lowering my stress level, helped me tremendously during my attempts to conceive. The herbs helped address my various imbalance issues as well as my stress.  The two treatments combined really helped create the baseline for a healthy body so that I was able ultimately conceive and carry my baby to full term.

 PCOS & failed IUI

When I was 29 years old, I had several fertility issues and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I had also suffered a miscarriage. My husband and I had been trying to conceive naturally for well over 18 months. During that time, we tried Intrauterine Insemination six times without success as my ovulation cycle remained irregular and unpredictable.  I was also taking Metformin three times daily during this time.

Finally, after two separate friends recommended acupuncture to assist with conception as they believed it worked for them, I went to Dr. Lee to seek treatment.  I received a series of weekly acupuncture session and also took her herbal medicine three times a day for 20 days.  During this time, my husband and I conceived naturally.  I had a healthy pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby boy naturally nine months later.

I firmly believe Dr. Lee’s treatments helped me to regulate my hormones as well as assist my body to function and ovulate properly. Furthermore, I believe the herbal medicine was critical in ensuring that I did not suffer from another miscarriage, as it is noted that individuals with PCOS have much higher rates of miscarriages than average.

 Parasites

When I first went to Dr Lee’s office I was so sick I could hardly walk. I had gone to Mexico on my honeymoon and became sick from parasites. I actually had to sign a paper stating that I wouldn’t get pregnant because the parasite could pass through the placental barrier and kill the baby.

When my weight reached 65-90 pounds, I was recommended to Dr. Lee by Dr. Ellen Bialo. At the time, Dr. Bialo, as well as other doctors, had been seeing me a few times a day trying conventional medicine and anything else she could think of to build my strength.

After only three weeks of Dr. Lee’s treatment, I returned to work after being out for seven months. Three months my health was fully restored. After another three months, I got pregnant the first time we tried!

Thankfully, I had a normal, full-term pregnancy. A little over a year later, I got pregnant again the first time we tried and, again, I experienced a normal, full-term, healthy pregnancy. Now I have two beautiful children.

Dr. Lee’s treatments fascinated me so much that I went to acupuncture school to learn first-hand how I was healed. Thank you, Dr. Lee, for all you have done to help me and my family.

Irregular menstruation

My doctor recommended birth control pills due to my irregular menstrual periods. I took them for about 8 years which helped regulate the problem. After my marriage, I thought it would be best to get off the pills in preparation to start a family. However, without the birth control, I was getting my periods only four times a year which meant that I would have less chances of conceiving.

I was introduced to Eastern medicine when I met Dr. Lee who treated some of my other ailments. Trusting in her capabilities, I began a treatment of acupuncture and herbs to regulate my hormones. Two to three months later I was pregnant with my first child.

My pregnancy was normal and I didn’t have any complications. I gave birth to a happy and healthy daughter with the help of Dr. Lee. I have taken her herbs and found them to give me more energy and benefit my overall health.

No viable eggs

When I first saw Dr. Lee in October 2002, I had been trying to get pregnant and was on Clomid. However, I had no viable eggs. After three months of Dr. Lee’s herbal treatment, I was able to produce 15 healthy eggs by January 2003.

Scar tissue from abortion

I live in Kun San, Jun Ra Buck Do which is located in the middle of South Korea. I got married three years ago and tried to get pregnant, but I could not conceive. My husband is the only son going back four generations (i.e. the only son of the only son of the only son of the only son). As is the custom of my country, I must have a son who can inherit the family estate.  I tried taking Clomid, but it was not successful.  I even went to a very famous oriental medicine clinic in Seoul which specializes in fertility. That also failed. 

I had heard about Dr. Lee and wanted to see her, but she was in New York City.  Fortunately, Dr. Lee came to Seoul, Korea in 2003 for a conference, and I was able to meet her. Dr. Lee evaluated me and said I was suffering from stress, cold body, and scar tissue from an abortion prior to marriage. These were interfering with ovulation and conceiving.

Unfortunately, because Dr. Lee returned to New York, I could not receive her acupuncture treatments, but she sent me 90 days worth of herbs. I am very happy to have my son after Dr. Lee’s herbal treatments.  My son is very handsome, smart, and healthy thanks to Dr. Lee.

No ovulation

I gave birth to my first child at age 26.  After that, I tried for ten years to conceive another child.  But for some reason, I was not able to ovulate. 

I went to see Dr. Lee and she evaluated me as having poor circulation, cold body, and stress. Because I had a business to run, I could not receive acupuncture treatments, but began Dr. Lee’s herbal medicine therapy.
